I will always buy my cars from Jamie if possible as I know he is very trustworthy and extremely helpful.

Great customer service really friendly and laid back when looking to purchase a car and made me feel welcome and relaxed about the experience. I’m really happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Would Recommend

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from Qwerty Automotive. On viewing the car, it was as described in the advert, so I reserved the vehicle with refundable deposit, subject to a satisfactory RAC inspection. The vehicle had already been fully inspected and serviced by Qwerty including a new timing belt. The subsequent RAC inspection showed just a couple of minor issues which were then repaired by Qwerty before collection. In the few weeks since I collected the Zafira there have been no ‘surprises’ and it drives well; I am happy with my purchase It was a pleasure to do business with Jamie and it is my intention to get the Zafira serviced at Qwerty in the future.

Purchased a lovely car, about a month later whilst visiting family, there was an issue with coil spring. Jaime was very helpful, offering to help find garage near where we were staying and covering costs without any quibble. You can be reassured of excellent after service and warranty will be honoured.

I bought a Ford Fusion which developed a fume problem at three months, not any hesitation from Qwerty they took the car back to fix and gave me a courtesy car while the job was done.

Jamie went out of his way to make it a positive experience which I am very grateful for. My car is still doing me really well, and passed its MOT with not even one advisory. They not only provide reliable cars, but a good experience.

Friendly, open and honest

They were friendly, open and honest about the vehicle I bought and gave me a good price on my car. Just waiting since June for a colour sample to touch in a small loss of paint on the bonnet. It is an unusual colour.

Great Customer Service!

I would most certainly recommend others to Qwerty Automotive. The customer service was super friendly, I found Jamie to be very approachable and straight forward which is exactly what I am looking for. He said I can come back anytime within the 3-month warranty if any issues pop up with my car which is awesome. Some companies sell the car then don't care if the car goes wrong, but Qwerty Automotive seem as though they generally care about their customers.

Great service, easy to deal with

Spotted the car on Autotrader, and contacted Jamey the following morning who held the car for me until I could test-drive drive. Had the car for a few weeks now, Jamey sorted an issue with the air-con really quickly for us...
